2. Leveling and repairing

After the bottom layer is dry, use the bottom material of the runway to add particles to the water accumulation area circled by the water spraying, then add an appropriate amount of thinner to mix evenly and adjust to the consistency of the construction, use a ruler or scraper to scrape and level the water accumulation; repair; Always pay attention to trimming, do not allow the repaired side to be higher than the base surface. 3. Bottom of the runway

The bottom material of the hybrid plastic track is 1:5 track bottom material and particles with a particle size of 2-4 mm. Put the track bottom material, particles, diluent, and drier into the mixer and mix evenly (the maximum amount of particles It is 40% of the bottom material of the runway, the amount of thinner is 2%-3% of the bottom material of the runway, and the amount of drier is 0.5% of the bottom material of the runway.) 4. Runway spray surface

The surface material of the hybrid plastic track is 1:2 track finish and EPDM particles with a particle size of 1-3 mm. The line drawing material is 1:1 or 1:9 white line drawing paint.
